We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Success Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and VIP onboarding to our users. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their satisfaction, handle inquiries, and provide solutions to issues that may arise.
Provide world-class customer support via email, chat, and phone to our users, ensuring that all inquiries are responded to in a timely and professional manner
Onboard new VIP clients, manage client relationships, and ensure that they receive a high-quality experience with ourproducts and services
Assist with technical issues and provide user feedback to the product development team
Documenting, testing, and deploying our smart contracts
Work closely with the product and engineering teams to identify areas of improvement and opportunities to enhance the user experience
Manage and maintain client data, ensuring accurate and timely updates
Monitor and report on client success metrics and provide regular updates to the team and management
No ego, a goal-oriented design enthusiast who both pro-actively seeks and provides constructive feedback with confidence
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success, client services, or similar roles in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proven ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions to complex issues
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and a commitment to quality
Experience with CRM systems and tools for managing customer relationships
Passion for customer success and a drive to exceed expectations
