MetaWealth is looking for an SEO Link-Building Manager to join our growing team. We need a go-getter SEO Manager and link builder who isn’t afraid of diving right into promoting our content to get people talking about and linking to it. This role is not appropriate for anyone who is shy or needs close supervision: you need to be enthusiastic, passionate, and have a genuine hunger for success.
The role requires expert knowledge of technical on-page SEO and off-page link building techniques.
Excellent written and verbal English, as well as superb communication skills are also essential to succeed in this role.
Develop and implement creative link building strategies that ensure better ranking and traffic for the MetaWealth website and offer a boost to our user acquisition flow (driving up app installs);
Work with the internal team, subcontractors and vendors to execute on the approved strategy (make it happen);
Build prospect lists;
Write persuasive outreach emails and run A/B split test in order to get excellent results;
Run outreach campaigns;
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop strategies for creating new engaging link-worthy content, prepare briefs and recommendations for writing and optimizing content to be placed with external opportunities;
Build and manage relationships with relevant bloggers, authors, journalists, news editors and other webmasters in order to secure links from high-quality websites;
Work closely with other team members to drive and scale complete lifecycle SEO projects: from planning and execution to analysis and reporting;
Create and present performance reports;
Monitor new/lost backlinks and take proper actions;
Regularly analyze backlink profile and submit disavow reports via Google Webmaster tools to ensure healthy links and backlink profile;
Create and improve SEO workflows, processes, procedures, guides and guidelines;
Make use of only "white hat" SEO practices, stay away from spammy techniques that can hurt the MetaWealth brand in the future;
Create a small in-house link-building team (in time).
3+ years of recent experience on on-page and off-page SEO, outbound or outreach campaigns, any management experience/team development experience is considered a plus;
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal);
Fluency in written and spoken English;
Experience in managing and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously;
Strong understanding of link building tactics and a working knowledge of SEO best practices;
Know how to evaluate the quality of a website or of a webpage;
Knowledge of link prospecting & usage of google search operators;
Organizational skills and high attention to detail is needed to effectively manage the outreach process;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Experience with SEO / link building tools such as: Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, Majestic, Buzzsumo;
Knowledgeable of Google Webmaster Tools and other SEO tools;
Comfortable using spreadsheets for data analysis, any other data visualization skills (like Google DataStudio) are a plus.
